Hradec Králové is approx. 100 km east of Prague, easily accessible by bus or train (it takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes both by train and bus) - see the bus and trains schedule . If you have a lot of luggage, you may prefer to take a taxi, but please note that the taxi fare is very high (higher than the cost of hiring a car).
