For many years, the Scientific Conferences of the Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové and the University Hospital Hradec Králové have been presenting the results of grants and research projects for which both organizations are the main recipients of funding. The conference includes oral presentations by researchers who completed their research tasks in the previous calendar year.

The conference also includes poster presentations of both completed and ongoing projects.

Brief summaries of the results of the grants presented are published in English, and the proceedings can be found in the conference archives.
