The working day you start your clinical practice at the Faculty Hospital, you must be at the clinic/ department at 7:00 am (if the Head of the clinic/ secretary does not inform you otherwise).
On the same or the following day at 1:30 p.m., go to the Faculty of Medicine to see Mrs. Monika Pazourková - her office is on the 1st floor (on the right - Deans’ offices), door No. A203 International Relations to sign the required documents.
