Spolupráce Tuzemská

  • We cooperate with the academic and scientific departments of the Faculty of Pharmacology of Charles University (Department of Pharmacology - prof. MUDr. Stanislav Mičuda, Ph.D., Doc. PharmDr. Martin Štěrba, PhD.; Department of Medical Biochemistry; Department of Histology and Embryology and Department of Medical Biology and Genetics), Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Králové (Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology - prof. PharmDr. Petr Pávek, Ph.D.) and the University Hospital in Hradec Králové (Fingerland Institute of Pathology, I. Internal Cardiology Clinic, III. Internal Gerontometabolic Clinic, Institute of Clinical Biochemistry and Diagnostics).

  • We also have a long-term cooperation with the bioenergetics research group of the Institute of Physiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (RNDr. Tomáš Mráček, Ph.D.).

  • We are newly developing scientific research cooperation with the Institute of Pathophysiology of the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University (doc. MUDr. Jan Polák, Ph.D.).


Mezinárodní Spolupráce

  • Within the framework of the international project COST Action CA15203 "Mitochondrial fitness mapping - MITOEAGLE: Evolution - Age - Gender - Lifestyle - Environment", the Experimental Hepatology and Mitochondrial Physiology group established contacts with a number of European institutions. Direct international collaboration is mainly with the Institute of Biomedicine of Seville (IBIS), IBiS/Hospital University "Vir-gen del Rocío"/CSIC/University of Seville, Seville, Spain (Dr. Jordi Muntane) and Daniel Swarovski Research Lab, Dept Visceral, Transplant Thoracic Surgery, Medical Univ Innsbruck, Austria (Prof. Erich Gnaiger, M.D. Ph.D.).

  • Within the project "Myocardial Remodelling in Various Pathological Conditions" of the Experimental Cardiology Research Group, the cooperation with the Institute of Pathological Physiology, Comenius University Medical Faculty in Bratislava (group of prof. MUDr. Fedor Šimek, CSc.) has been successfully developed for many years.

  • Prof. Holeček was repeatedly invited in 2016 - 2019 to the "Advisory Board Meeting" of Fresenius-Kabi (Bad Homburg, Germany) as an expert in the development of new amino acid solutions for artificial nutrition.
